We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced litigation attorney to join our law firm as an associate. You will be responsible for representing litigation clients in commercial disputes focusing on cryptocurrency, labor, contractual matters and other business disputes. We are looking for individuals with demonstrated prowess in legal research and writing, as well as experience with litigation generally. We require you to be admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
The Law Offices of Andrew Dressel LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal to support our legal team for a part time position in our New Jersey office. Candidates must have extensive experience with document review, trial preparation, handling discovery, drafting legal documents, and managing case paperwork. You also need to have excellent research skills, be able to multi-task several assignments under tight deadlines, and be proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Excel—experience with Clio a plus.
